STILL AT HOME!

Were officially on maintenance and Blair has to take three pills a day and twelve a day once a week. He is slowly starting to get his hair back. It's growing in small tufts around his head. So far Thank God everything is going according to plan. Thanks everyone for all the praying. Continue to remember us.

HAVING A BLAST!

Blair is sooo cute! He's been walking around the yard with his baseball cap on, to cover his bald head, and his beebe gun shooting boxes with his dad. He looks like Elmer Fud. We are truly excited to be home.

What Can we do without God?

How can I breathe in and out?
How can I laugh, cry, scream and shout?

How can I see the big green trees
pick the beautiful flowers, hear the buzzing bees?

How can I go from here to there
do the laundry, brush my hair?

How can I get through a tiring day
when there's still work to do, bills to pay?

It's easy to forget Who holds the key

GOING HOME!

Everything looks good. Blair's ANC is 117 so because it's going up we get to go home. I am so excited, I was jumping up and down thanking God for a smooth month. We go back Tuesday for a bone marrow to make sure it's still gone.

THANK YOU JESUS! THANK YOU JESUS!

Blair's ANC was 64 this morning and his platelets went up on his own. This means he is coming back nicely. In fact they said he could go home TOMORROW! Considering nothing happens we are free to go. I can't even begin to express how thankful I am that God put us under HIS thumb. Blair didn't get CDIF, he didn't die of infection. So many things could have happened but they didn't. I don't deserve how much I've been blessed but I will forever be grateful and thank you all for praying continuously for my son. There is power in prayer and I appreciate all the effort you've put in to remembering him. THANK YOU! THANK YOU!

HE'S COMING BACK!

Blair's white blood count went up quite a bit today. His platelets held steady which means we should be able to go home Lord willing in the middle of the week. Keep praying but so far the Lord has seen fit to allow Blair to sail through this round.

ANC IS STILL 0!

Blair's counts haven't moved much so were still waiting. He's eating a lot better and his over all attitude is really good. He plays and moves around a lot. The only thing telling us his counts are low is his numbers his energy shows no such thing.

FAITH!

We made it through the storm we were in
The battle is over, outcomes a win

Many emotions we had while here
Sadness and sorrow, anxiety and fear

Whatever happened was for the best
Our faith was tried, put to the test

I'll never regret this journey we've had
All we have been through the good and the bad

It's made me a better Christian for sure
